Nice new additions within the terminal coming soon for passengers at this airport: Business Lounge, mini convenient store and lots of seating to spread out with charging stations.

Small airport easy in and out , this airport is not big so there’s not a whole lot to grab to eat .

Pretty nice small airport. Doesn’t feel old or run down but basic and practical.

Very comfortable and clean airport and the staff is generally friendly. Small airport that is easy to navigate and get what you need while waiting for your flight. All Parking is very close to the entrance and there is an attached hotel. Nice gift shop and bar areas. I enjoy flying in and out of the Sioux Falls Regional Airport

Great small airport. Really has expanded offerings over past several years both in terms of flight options and airport amenities. The coming parking facility is needed and will make it even better. Lucky to have here in Sioux Falls.

Due to flight cancellations, I ended up being re-routed through Rapid City Regional Airport in South Dakota. This was my first ever trip there, and I have never visited a smaller airport than here. It has a total of 6-gates. There is one restaurant and one shop. I needed some food, so I purchased a chicken club wraps that was actually pretty decent. The staff was understaffed and over worked although they did try to deal with everyone respectfully. The food there is extremely expensive like a major city airport where my sandwich and fries with drink was $24. I could not see who was a bartender so I could not get a drink which was why they lost a star. When it came time to boarding the flight it was relatively smooth, and I was in/out of the airport in 2 1/2 hours on schedule. I would suggest that you do not rely on this airport for food and that you bring your food with you. I made that mistake and I needed something to eat. Other than that, I would at that it was a relatively pleasant experience all-in-all.

Rapid City is a relatively small airport. Very clean and well maintained. Quite easy to get in and out. Rental car drop off is within walking distance – literally just a few feet away. TSA staff are very friendly. Restaurant inside has reasonable selection and prices are not too bad.

Super easy to go through, small, only 6 gates. Clean. It’s organized well and since it’s not a high volume airport, it has plenty of room to not feel overwhelmed with people. There is a food court area with to go food, packaged goods and a place to sit. From the security to the support people, everyone is super friendly. Not too many direct flights but Minneapolis is an hour flight away, so it’s a convenient connection hub.

Arrived at RAP, I was surprised by the number of people in the departure area. Baggage claim was easy waited about 10 minutes for our bags. I would recommend for first time visitors to take the time to go out on the observation deck for the beautiful view. Nice gift shop and restaurant are available along with rental cars.

My flight to Denver was diverted for weather reasons and the staff at this airport was incredibly gracious. They dealt with a large completely full flight that doesn’t normally come into smaller regional airports. We were tired cranky and hungry. There was only ONE bartender who absolutely saved the day of the drinkers and people eating big shout out to that guy who stayed very late to serve all by himself! The rest of the crew ordered pizza for starving passengers and kids who were very cranky for obvious reasons. We would never have been treated this good at any other airport under the circumstances. Thank you guys and gals for staying for so many upset passengers during your busy season during Sturgis!!

Very small airport but adequate facilities. TSA screeners were way too many for a one gate Airport. Passenger screening area very small and congested with TSA & their equipment. X-ray screener for luggage took a long time to start functioning properly: -(

Nice airport, a lot of amenities but physically big for moving around and to get from one end to the other

Absolutely terrible. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Delta customer service was beyond terrible and simply rude. I was traveling with my infant son and have never had this level of unprofessionalism before. It took more than 30 mins to unsuccessfully print a boarding pass for us. It should never take this long. Unfortunately they are the only airline in Aberdeen.

Tiny little airport. Delta and it’s affiliates (SKY West)is the only carrier there.(as of 11/10/21 Don’t go to this airport early, a couple of snack machines, and restrooms are basically all you’ll find here. TSA check through was kind of comical. There were at least 6 agents all giving slightly different info as to how to proceed through the one single entry point, for the only outbound flight of the day. The good, you certainly don’t have to get your 5K marathon on to get around this airport.

Think twice about flying Denver Air Connection. Sorry we lost a real & dependable airline like SkyWest.

This is the smallest, cutest airport and the team that works there is super friendly and accommodating. Such a pleasure to catch a flight at this airport!

Black people will get harassed an over searched. Experienced it first hand. They let others go straight thru an searched me thoroughly. I wouldn’t have complaints if they searched everyone the same.

Easy to fly into. Easy to fly out. I do miss United being the primary carrier out of here. Now that Key Lime is here (and they’re not bad), checking in and dealing with anything United on the second leg of your flight is now more tedious. But that’s not really a PIR airport thing to ding. Pierre airport is a clean, easy to navigate airport with short check in times and quick and easy access to the one gate. As you probably guessed, this is a small airport with low traffic volume. There is no fee to park your car here if you happen to go out of town, saving you that expense. From the lobby to the gate and everything in between is up kept and it’s always a pleasure coming in and out of town.
