Small airport, everything is within walking distance. We landed around 4 AM, it was very late, every shop was closed. In covid time- you need to fill an online form which can be shown before exiting the airport. it is a must or spends some time at the airport in filling these. in the pic you can see, officials are there for the covid check. * We landed at T-A and walked around 500 meters to the Uber designated area. even at late-night, uber is easy to find and it’s not expensive and it can be trusted. * Wayfinding and map displays are weak at the airport. Landside dining options are limited, and those airside are based on large fast-food chains. The lack of free WiFi is poor. * duty-free shops or dining option- all are closed after 10-11 PM. not much option. * while catching returning flight to mainland USA- you need to inspect all luggage items through the checkpoint. they put some color code stickers on your items, which is a must before baggage check-in. * All the terminals are within walking distance. * At the airport you will find around 14 different car rental companies, but we had booked at Routes, so it’s a shuttle away from the airport. * Rideshares like Uber can pick you up at the designated area on the ground floor of Terminals A and B. We did not face any issues but you know every experience is different. right? my review is based on my experience. Both flights (departure/arrival) – it was late-night so in pictures, you won’t see crowd or open shops.

Nice and clean airport. All signs and announcements are in Spanish and English. Uber or Lyft don’t pick up customers from the airport they only drop off. Taxis are available for local destinations. They do tend to over charge especially to new visitors. Also I would advise to have cash on hand for taxis. Credit cards are not accepted everywhere.

This is a small airport, but nice and efficient. My only complaint is that they do not have charging stations for phones easily accessible like many of the airports in the US. The security checkpoints were not crowded and we got through them quickly. Overall good airport experience

The airport is what one expects. There is no free wifi available. Wifi plans can be purchased at $5 for 30 min (minimum ). On arrival to Puerto Rico , one must complete a Travel Declaration which can be done online or with the help of very kind and friendly nurses who are at the baggage claim area.

We had no issues at this airport. In and out , very fast. Everything seemed clean, even the restrooms. There are a few small places to eat and grab a drink, or beer. You can also grab a bite for breakfast.

Well let’s start off by saying it’s a bit of a throwback airport which I rather enjoy everything is simple and fast when getting thru it but I must say dated as far as decor goes, for a airport situated in such a beautiful part of mi Isla I have to say this one needs some reviving such as to match the beauty of Aguadilla, let the same artist who did the color houses come and do the same . The area where you wait for your flights need a refresh such as charging ports for cellphones and stores that need to meet the needs of those of us who had to endure the painful delays of hours being dished out by JetBlue and spirit airlines. Duty free shops are limited to liquors sold here and variety is very limited.C5 COFFEE SHOP WAS the only way to survive the grueling delays. Now let’s address the restrooms, these are THE WORST and an embarrassment to all who come from all over the world to visit my Beautiful Island. These bathrooms looked like something you see in the subways of NYC in the 80’s they where old antiquated and not properly cleaned broken soap dispensers graffiti all over the restrooms and no ventilation I spent 6 hour delay there and restrooms where cleaned once , urinals where disgusting full of urine and in this age of Covid still manual flush is required. with all the money in tourism coming in this needs some updates like automated flushing and hourly cleansing. My wife spoke to TSA staff and they indicated that cleaning crew is limited. WAKE UP AGUADILLA TELL YOUR GOVERNMENT THIS IS EMBARRASSING AND NEEDS TO CHANGE IF WE EXPECT OUR ISLAND TO BE VIEWED FOR ITS BEAUTY NOT THIS AIRPORT LACK OF SERVICES. I choose not to post the bathroom pictures because it’s Embarrassing enough.

Upon arrival got eh airport you are herded into an area to check COVID status. However, staff is not properly trained. I had already filled my electronic form online prior to arrival and had my government issued green QR code readily available to show the staff, yet they directed me to the line where people who have not provided this information need to be. I noticed this and had to go to one of the staff and tell them I should not be in that line. She then let me exit the line to exit the airport. For my departure flight out of this airport, I had an unpleasant encounter with an older woman that works for security. She interrupted a conversation I was already having with another security officer. The older woman was rude and arrogant. It was completely unnecessary for her to interrupt. Clearly she was on a power-trip, reaching for her weapon trying to intimidate me (which did not). Again, completely unnecessary. While clearing the TSA check point, they seemed a bit clueless. I have TSA pre-check, yet the TSA officer put my bag aside to remove my iPad. I told him I had not done that myself because I was pre-check. Others started signaling to him that I was pre-check and that what he was doing was unnecessary. It was harmless, yet an inconvenience. They need better communication if they are not going to have a line designated only to pre-check passengers. Over all, it’s not a bad airport. It’s very small, so you are in-and-out quickly. There is a coffee shop at the gate waiting area. Also a few shops for souvenirs and duty-free items, such as perfumes and alcohol.

I love this airport…. Very efficient.. Not the typical hustle and bustle found in san juan airport…. Not to mention that this side is just so much more delightful than the san juan side…… In from NYC. So the last place I wasn’t too be at on vacation is on a place full of tall buildings and fancy restaurants….

This small international airport has what you need and provides GREAT service. Staff is friendly and helpful. The duty free shops are packed with Rum, Enjoy. JetBlue flys here often. Come to El Porte del Sol, aka the West Coast of PR. Wepa, Te Amo PR.

Came in with my elderly parents. A bit rushed because they are strict with times (as they should be). We were greeted with a smile and helped quickly without feeling like they were rushing us. My dad felt comfortable (hes in a wheelchair) and they were of course nice and accommodating, did their job with a smile and yeah I’m happy. I fly through here a lot and never am disappointed.

I’ve flown here for years due to family living in Ponce which makes it convenient for them to pick me up. Every time, the JetBlue employees from the check-in/bag drop-off to the onboarding process have been respectful and helpful. The remodel was also a nice change with a more efficient layout in a small space that was tricky to navigate before (however, the baggage claim still looks the same and feels a bit crowded).

It’s a small airport but very organized and quick. Only two gates so you can’t really get lost

Enrouted from St Thomas, USVI so the plane could get full-loaded fuel for long distance trip. Few got off at San Juan, most passengers remained on the plane to final destination. Not sure if it was due to bad weather cyclone bomb in the US, the plane was sitting duck for almost three hours without cool air under the sun while the pilot was communicating with air traffic controller for an acceptable flight route.

Best airport in San Juan. Airport staff is kind and courteous . We were entertained by local cat that would come in and out of lobby!

Small regional airport. Convenient way to fly to Culebra and Vieques. Also considerably cheaper than Luis Muñoz International. More convenient as well. Don’t need to show up more than 10 minutes before the flight.

Taking Air Link to Vieques. Check in was super quick, no security. It’s a bare bones airport so no need to get here more than 20 minutes before your flight. Very friendly staff.

We have waited three hours to rent a car at the airport! Choose a different vacation. Only one person working for Avis and Budget…the line is out the door of one guest per rental car. Bathrooms were disgusting. Trash all over the floor, wet floors, spilled soap on the floor, many restaurants closed in airport. Don’t come this summer…they aren’t ready for tourists.

Easy parking, lots of open seating. A little warm inside but it was overall a pleasant experience. No security line etc, we flew Vieques AirLink and just checked in for our bags to be weighed. Airplane seats about 8 or 10 people. We flew from Ceiba to Vieques and then took the ferry back. There were taxi shuttles (white vans along a fence) from the ferry location back to the airport for $5 per person.

Great little airport. We took the 7 minute flight to Vieques which was fun. What I didn’t know beforehand was how parking would work. We left our rental car for about 3 days and it was fine. I took a picture of the pricing for others to know.

We found the airport without trouble using waze. Long term parking is across the street from the terminal. Reasonably priced. People inside were nice and the flight was fun and quick.

Visited Million Air here returning from a relief flight to St Vincent and Haiti. The owner Tommy made sure we were treated well. The FBO is super clean and spacious plenty of room on the ramp.
