Nice layover in JFK. Restaurants, shopping, and spacious seating. Charging stations for devices. Bathrooms give space for luggage! Our gate got changed two times but I have to add it was snowing and flights started to get canceled so we were happy to get a flight out. Airport was clean and honored CoVid safety requirements. Have passed through previously- continues to be a nice stop for a long trip.

Iconic and amazing experience every time being at JFK. Spotted the Supersonic here for the first time (in late 90s). Walked on to the upper decks of a 747-400 and a A380 for the first time at this airport. Though the building is getting aged, the sheer volume of passengers that travels through JFK is astonishing. Never had a bad experience at immigration or Customs. The lounges are great especially the Polaris!

This airport has 8 terminals. Iconic and amazing experience every time being at JFK. Never had a bad experience at immigration or Customs. The lounges are great especially the Polaris. Everything is well organized and good marked. You need to follow all the descriptions which you see above you. TSA is so efficient out here and the way they handle the traffic is amazing. Security check is fast and less stressful then Newark airport. OLD airport terminal TWA is really good if you have layover for few hours.

Terminal 8 : it’s not so much tax free shopping stores but can get all you need for the flight anyway. Quite small terminal with 5–6 fast food restaurants and 2 decent one. I was flying 25 June Saturday and the airport was not overcrowded and plenty of seating for dining and waiting.

Huge international airport with 8 terminals. Each one is dedicated to a specific group of airlines. Everything is well organized and good marked. You need to follow all the descriptions which you see above you. Nothing more nothing less. The people flow is smooth and fast, especially during the personal control. 👍🇺🇸💪😎

It’s one of the worst airports I have ever seen. I was travelling back to Canada through this airport, which was an awful experience. First, there was an extensive lineup for security because there was a small passage through which people lined up. There were only three machines for the security. After completing the security, when I reached the gate area, it was a complete mess. There was no space to sit and not a good restaurant to eat at. The gates are used both for arrival and departure, which was so confusing. I am not going to travel through this airport again.

My review is for Terminal C. A very busy airport, but improvements have been made to make the airport experience more comfortable. There are two large Duty Free stores, but not many smaller shops. Plenty of eateries and bars can be found.

It is one of the best airports in US as well as in the world. Everything is automated and clearly written. Support staff is present to help and guide. It is a neat and clean airport. Passengers and family members ( who came to drop the passengers) are allowed to go till the security point to say final bye before the flight. Security staff are strictly doing the work and don’t allow any irregularities. Lot of duty free shops are present. Lot of continental restaurant are also present. Leading coffee chains also have their shop. Luggage cart was not free it was charged $6 per cart. Everything else was good in the multiple visits I had at EWR. It has lot of accessibility for wheelchairs.

We came through this airport while visiting relatives living in New Jersey. And took Porter Airlines for our onward journey to Ottawa. We liked the airport and had no trouble in both cases – arriving and departing. While coming, we had to wait a bit for our luggage, about 45 minutes, but we didn’t lose our luggage and didn’t mind the wait after hearing about the problems in other airports. Coming back to Canada, Porter was well organized in Terminal B. Dropping of luggage was a breeze. So was going through the security. Not crowded and the agents were friendly and helpful. The airport is old but that didn’t bother us. If you encounter problem with connection and need to stay overnight, there are hotels in the near by communities. Hotels in Edison are about half hour drive from the airport.

A very outdated and cramped airport. Seems like a massive missed opportunity not to have a famous chain like Shake Shack here. I’m in Terminal A, which is where it seems the Canadian flights are. The staff all seemed nice and professional but the security area is super small with a narrow corridor to line up in. There is no Duty Free or other shops. The food options are almost non existent. There’s an Earl Of Sandwiches which has a 2.4 Google rating (I didn’t actually have a bad experience here) and a coffee shop that has a 1.4 Google rating.

First time experiencing this New York airport, and I can tell they’ve been renovating it. There is a fresh clean feel to it, and it looks like they still have a ways to go. Good selection of shops and restaurants, and since this is an airport, yes, the prices are a bit higher than normal, but I’ve come to expect that at all airports. Staff are all pretty friendly and helpful. It can get crowded, so if you find a seat, you might want to grab it!

The new terminal B is beautiful!!! Loved flying through the airport. Awesome food options. Tasteful decor. Wide open and spacious with lots of natural light. A job extremely well done. Traffic getting to any New York airport is highly dependent on traffic but it is much more manageable than the dreaded drive to JFK.

The new renovated airport is absolutely amazing! The security check process is smooth, with an estimated wait time when you are entering the line. The flight status screen is viewer-friendly, with the wait time to the gate also mentioned! There is a fountain at the food court area which was so entertaining. It was like coming to an amusement park. There were many decorative installations in the walkways. So far my most seamless and entertaining airport experience!

Terminal B: Nice, clean, and has a great selection of both food and shops! I love the fact that there are plenty of nice grabs/go and quick good fast food. Once you walk past the security, look for a nice music waterfall with a digital presentation! There is also the massage place at “Be Relax” if you choose to relax before or in between your trip!

First time visiting LaGuardia. I’d heard that they’d opened a new terminal etc. I was very impressed. It was modern, beautiful and clean. Surprisingly spacious even though certain areas were packed with people. There were a number of food options there as well. Signage was good and easy to find your way around.

This is a nice small city airport. You can get very affordable flights for both Americans and Canadians. It also offers affordable on site parking. The security lines are usually pretty short. All the food offerings and stores are after check in and security. Washrooms are always clean.

It’s a small airport so you get to the required gate on time. The security lines are also quick and easy, with friendly staff there. It is well kept and cleaned.

Quaint airport that gets the job done without too many thrills. Will probably see an update in the next 10-15 years. No major complaints, was in for a short arrival. Easy enough.

Nice food court and the TSA checkpoint is pretty smooth. I love that no shuttle is needed to get to and from the rental car center and baggage check-in is smooth. Thumbs up!

I really like this airport. Is fast and clean. I wish it had more direct flights to other cities. But I always have – very good experience flying or when people come visit us. I live in Fort Erie Canada and is very convenient for international flights or US flights

The airport is pretty standard. Be prepared for long lines for red eye flights. Be prepared for long lines at Chick-fil-A, there is a Starbucks here too. McDonald’s was recently replaced with Burger King. The shops here close early as in 6:30pm on a Saturday.

Quick TSA check in but I get through at 7 pm on a SATURDAY and ALL of the restaurants are closing already… no food, no beers…. on a SATURDAY at 7 pm. I think it’s time to stop using the “Covid crisis” as a means to shut down early for everything.

Very, very nice airport. The parking is very convenient with EZpass as a payment option. Easy to locate and very pleasing locate to start or end ones travels but it is very expensive to travel in & out of Albany International Airport. Also, most flights are connectors. I would love to use this airport more frequently. This location is much more convenient for me…but I am forced to travel to other airports to receive affordable flights.

First time flying into ALB and only had great experiences. I arrived at 10 PM, so I was expecting some cranky staff. Everyone was really helpful and kind. – from baggage service to rental car agency employees. After a long day of travels, it was a pleasant experience landing in ALB.

A great airport. Queues are negligible, except Chick-fil-A. The best TSA staff I have ever came across, very humble and helpful.
