Super clean and easy to navigate. Plenty of food options ranging from fast food to casual sit down restaurants. This airport has great gift shops with Minnesota gifts, books, candy, clothes and about anything else you can think of. The restrooms were very clean and had good size stalls with hooks and shelves to make it easier to manager your purse or bags. There is ample, comfortable seating throughout with the ability to charge your electronics wherever you sit. I enjoyed my 3+ hour layover here.

This is probably one of the most cleanest airports that I have ever flown through. It is easy to negotiate your way through the airport, everything is wry clean and well maintained, and there are plenty of people to give you directions. The restaurants are not crowded and there are plenty of things to do while waiting for your flight.

Very nice airport here in Minneapolis. Easy switching to and from terminals. Lots of moving sidewalks. There is a mini food court in terminal F with some great selections of GF items (Peoples Organic). Seemed clean for the most part too. This would be a desired stop when you have a layover. Cute shops and lots to see.

First time flying in years and my first time in MSP, so this may be old news, but I have been pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in regards to traveler comfort. Creative and versatile eateries, shops and even the restrooms are pleasant to use! I’m very impressed and really appreciate the effort. Makes my travel experience much more enjoyable for sure. Thanks to those who made it happen!! 🙏🏻💕🌻✈️

I have to say this airport is nice and huge, its not as busy to others. They have many food options and stores. They also have a tram system with onsite rentals car. It’s clean all over and floors are kept up. The flow is good because sometimes with heavy traffic it will take a long time to move though TSA. It’s simple and straight forward, I like it a lot they also have many flights from here which makes it easy for me. I love the Twin cities because it’s beautiful and have great people. This is my top 5 of all airports, so take a good look around you won’t be disappointed.

Nice small airport. Easy to get in and out. Quick security checkin, rental car outside the terminal in the parking lot, and less crowd makes it a comfortable travel experience. Additional restaurants are needed as there is not much choice.

I’ll be brief, just like my time there. It’s small and has a mellow feel to it. It’s much quieter than a big airport. Also, there is big Mayo Clinic presence there. There’s hardly any amenities so forget about assistance with problems after hours and there isn’t any food that I saw. It’s nice and clean but overall underwhelming. Don’t be afraid to fly here. It’ll be on a small jet, which was cool, but weird at the same time – just like Rochester.

Beware if you fly through here – TSA agents are real jerks because they have nothing better to do. Spent so much time just going through all of my liquids to make sure they were the right size (which they are). Yelling at me to organize my things through the scanner in the way he wanted which had nothing to do with the actual process anywhere I’ve ever flown. I’ve never experienced this at any airport ever. Being such a small airport, they clearly have little to do, so instead of caring about actual threats, they spend time scrutinizing passengers about their liquid size, which again, was correct at the end of it all. Go back to training and care about things that are actual safety issues instead of making sure I didn’t bring too much sunscreen. I will absolutely be avoiding this airport in the future.

Was able to check in my rental car in record time and just a short walk to tsa check in. It took more time to get through the scanner as they were training someone, so were doing a lot of checking. Shoes back on and the flight was being called and we were shortly underway. A very good experience at this airport!

I would avoid this airport if you can. Had a flight leaving at 5:28 boarding at 4:48, got there at 4 and they had 1 single person doing security checks for regular passengers & TSA it was a nightmare. The tiny line I was in took about 35 to get through because of how understaffed they’s ridiculous

Great time! We had terrific weather for the air show on Sunday. Amazing show. Thunderbirds never disapoint. Can’t for our next airshow.

I rate this airport as one of THE most convenient to get to, check-in. It’s just easy, period. The one caveat is don’t get comfortable with the swift process and assume you can cut it close. The ticket counter is manned by the same person working the gate. Miss that 40-45 min window to check-in and you’ll be standing at the counter wondering where they are and of course you’ll miss that flight. BUT back to the crux of it all. DLH is a joy use. Simple and efficient.

So easy to park and make the short walk to the terminal, and take the escalator upstairs to meet your guests (arrival door is not marked). There seemed to be a problem with the baggage carousel but bags finally made it out. After a short walk back to the car, you’ll only pay a few dollars to exit.

Plane wasn’t suppose to leave for another 20mins and a man in an orange vest was very rudely demanding my sister get on the plane cutting our goodbyes short and stressful. She was heavily scolded by TSA too. Please try to have some compassion. People have a hard time saying goodbye to loved ones…

Awesome airport to fly out of if you’re in the area. I flew from here down to Minneapolis and then on to Texas for a work trip, and everybody here at the Brainerd airport was totally on top of everything. Security was a breeze, the plane took off exactly on schedule and arrived quite a bit early to Minneapolis, same for the return trip. Great experience considering other airlines are having issues currently, and delays and cancellations are a huge concern. I had several flights delayed significantly, but not this one. I typically drive down to MSP to fly out, but things can become difficult and expensive logistically, parking a car and going through security at MSP. Parking at the Brainerd airport is FREE!! Park your car and you can be on the plane in 30 minutes or less here. The additional expense of flying from Brainerd was well worth it, and so much less stressful. I’ll be back through again soon!

Small but friendly a little slow but very meticulous to look thru things even for global entry which I shouldn’t have to take my shoes or bag off I should be able to go thru I hate having to do that very lame since I paid for the global entry and was rigorously back ground checked to have the TSA

This place needs a coffee shop. It would clean up. The only pop machine was not working when I was waiting for my flight. And only two bathrooms, people were almost late for their flight. Needs an upgrade or two.

Those are the nicest people in the airline industry. Helpful, HONEST, and professional. Went out of their way to accommodate my wife and I. The flight attendance were 5 stars. As well as the front counter worker who helped us. Can’t remember her name but it was Friday the 13th around 0500 st. Cloud.
