Loved the Embassy Suites. Warm reception upon arrival and departure and great caring associates throughout my time there. Great location especially to get to my business locations and downtown Miami! Business Professional and Friendly Atmosphere. Great driver who picked me up to/from airport. Superb Manager Reception, Restaurant ( great server, too), and Breakfast. I recommend and will return!

In my opinion this is an easy going and self-help airport. You can easily get to the places or gates you need to go. Staff is also very helpful. Only thing is it is an huge place therefore you need to get there on time because you can easily take 40 minutes walking depending on how far is your gate

Congratulations to Miami International Airport Security Check Point High Priority. They really do a great Job assisting over 300 people in less than half an hour. Huge thank you for the amazing work, they are not only very efficient, also very professional. Thank you 3.17.2022 Had to add a comment after having another great experience. First, I got scared when seeing the line going around and almost 2 blocks long. It was 4 am, all check points were empty, except the one on door 17, serving Spirit and Southwest. The staff did a really good job checking in more than 300 people in less than 1 hrs. They were also meaningful and offered express service for all passengers running behind. Priority is always good point. Hearing them calling by the name of the airline/flight made me feel more relaxed. The airport needs organization to prevent long lines. I completely understand that the terminals are not connected, but I do recommend an analysis of this situation and probably some good ideas to improve the clients experience.

Just a typical US airport, old but we’ll maintained. Very well marked and organized. Was really surprised how short it took me to exit the airport from a domestic flight. The taxi pick up areas are well designated and marked. For international flights, the security checks were very swift despite the huge people traffic. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There are tons of cafés to grab quick bites or just eat and chill as you await your flight. The only thing that really disappointed me was I couldn’t get decent souvenirs to take home. I usually like buying them from the airport when am exiting but couldn’t find anything decent enough 😔. Had to settle for a fridge magnet that isn’t really good. But all in all, a really great airport with pretty efficient services.

The airport was great in spite of Frontier airlines cancelling our flight and offering pretty much nothing in the way of getting us home. We really had no airport problems. Getting from through the airport was easy and convenient. We got some food at the food court which was not bad. The seats were comfortable while we waited. It was nice to see there were more outlets for charging since the last time I was there.

Was leaving to PR. But I love Florida and decided to make my stay longer 😌 So this airport is giant and they keep renovating. Looks amazing. Has a bus stop,a whole train station 🚉, so many options to get to this airport. Service is kinda fast, not that bad. Just depends on the airline you travel with! This airport has stores and restaurants. It basically has almost everything you need I’ve noticed!

A wonderful airport with plenty of things to do before your flight. Plenty of shopping and eating options before security as well as a hotel and plenty of room to walk around and stretch your legs. The train provides a quick way to get to your gate and other services for your flight are efficient as well. The airport is very well run kept and runs very smoothly, even when there are a lot of passengers!

I had no issues traveling in and out of Orlando international. Navigation through the airport is easy, and clearly marked. I traveled on Sundays, so there was not a huge density of people. Everything was fairly neat and organized, cleanliness is what you would expect from an airport, traveled Southwest and seating and power plugs all worked in that section.

Probably one of the nicer larger airports. Super busy but lots of places to get food or souvenirs. The bathrooms weren’t the cleanest. I also like the little train you take to leave the airport. There’s also a nice looking hotel in the airport which I thought was cool. I didn’t like the layout for transportation it’s confusing. We missed our Lyft because we found out by a nice older gentleman that was working there and saw us looking confused that we were supposed to be on the floor. That needs to be made more clear.

3.5 stars. A fairly easy to navigate airport. Clean restrooms and decent dining options. One thing that initially appeared to make this airport stand out was there was an electrical outlet for every 4 seats so you could charge your phone, tablet, laptop, etc. during your layover. This was misleading though. I picked a seat and plugged in my phone and nothing happens. I switch to another group of seats and plug in and again no charge is happening. So after trying the third group of seats I remembered I had a battery and just charged from that. It was then that I saw an outlet with a small blue LED light shining meaning it was working. Looking around there were only about 10% of the outlets with a blue light on it. So I’m watching people sit down and plug in and not really paying attention so I have to tell them that they have to find an outlet with the blue LED on in order to charge anything. So that is pretty much how I spent my 3 hour layover there.

Going through security at Fort Lauderdale International Airport is secure but smooth. The flow of travelers goes quickly and easily with the respectful staff. Our flight was out of terminal 1. There were plenty of eateries to choose from plus a variety of shops. The crowds are at a minimum & plenty of opportunities for social distancing. This is one of our favorite airports because of the smaller crowds, easy to navigate & the amenities available while you wait to board.

Nothing bad to say about the airport. Have been using this airport for a long time. The traffic isn’t as bad as Miami airport, usually the pick ups and drop off are faster. The check in baggage line moves quickly as well. Same goes with security check line as well. There are a bunch off decent options for food to choose from. The airport is well maintained as well. If you are in the area, consider this airport if the prices are better from here.

This airport is very easily accessible off of i95 or the turnpike. Signs are labeled with large letters and pictures and there are plenty of them to let you know where you need to go. Dropped off a passenger at terminal 1. Lots of room to unload and had no issue leaving the ajrport.

Clean airport. Great and smooth security. Many eating spots. Chargers in many of the seats while you wait. The only reason why I’m not giving it 5 stars is because when we landed there we read the screens on the various areas to pick up luggage. We waited and waited and then a lady that recognized us from her flight walked by and told us they had changed the carrousel. The screen was still showing pick up where I was. We were telling each other word of mouth. Other than that I loved flying there. Way smaller than Orlando = less crowds. They also have at least one pet relief area per terminal.

Big airport but run smoothly. Nicely decorated and plenty of eateries to choose from. When we landed and made it to baggage claim our bags were coming out. So we didn’t have to wait forever for our bags. We rented a car and had to take the shuttle seemed like a ways away but good signage which made navigation a breeze to get to where we needed to go.

July 29, 2022- Cute airport with a couple of food and gift shop options. Bathroom was clean but handicap accessible bathroom had a broken lock on the door. There was a baby changing station located in the women’s bathroom. There are ATM machines. I flew through Frontier for the first time. Flight attendants had bad attitudes. Also, everything costs. Baggage carry on luggage was $89 at the gate. Drinks were $3.25. They had snacks available ranging from $4-$13 with a drink.

Attractive airport and laid out very efficiently. Easy in and out on my first visit to Tampa. I utilized the trains for both terminal and car rental facility connections; I never waited more than just a few minutes. Terminal C had great dining choices and excellent runway views to please this aviation geek.

I’m a big fan of this airport. Yes, it is a little confusing knowing where to go to find a shuttle to your terminal, but after a few times coming through the airport, it is really laid out well, kept very clean, and has plenty of space so that it never feels crowded. There are plenty of really good dining options within the airport both inside the terminal as well as just outside the terminals. Inside the terminal, there are dozens of restaurants and shops to get snacks and food. Outside the terminal at the main hub, there are more restaurants and there is even a full PF Changs inside! To get to the rental car Center, it is a little bit complicated. You don’t go downstairs to baggage claim. Rather, stay on the main level and continue all the way to the other end where are you take an escalator up to get to a train. That train will take you to both the economy parking lot as well as the rental car center. The rental car center is the best out of any of the airports I’ve rented a car at. It’s a massive building that has every car rental company you could think of. Giant signs for each company hang from the walls, and there is plenty of space to go get rental cars.

This is one of the cleanest and spacious terminals I have ever been in. The gate area waiting lounges are huge. You never have that crowded feeling you get in other airports. The shuttles to the gates are frequent and fast. TSA does a great professional job processing travelers. One of the most efficient areas is the passenger pickup areas and the cell phone lot. The traffic folks really keep the “waiters” from hogging the pickup area. The cell phone lot is huge with large boards on arrivals. By comparison to Orlando several years ago where it was a nightmare in picking up baggage getting to the pickup area and seeing that area totally clogged with people that refuse to use the cell phone lot and just continue to circle around. Tampa is a dream come true. Keep up the good work Tampa!

Jacksonville is a nice little airport! Very easy to navigate and gates, restaurants, and all is well organized. One thing to keep in mind is this: Even though the airport doors are open in the departure terminals, the security checkpoint doesn’t open until 4:00 am. So you’ll have to wait if your are here early. I didn’t know that. Also, I was flying with American Airlines and they too, do not open until 4:00 am. 3:45 am is the earliest they open. This is only if you need to check in bags. The self-serving machines will only print boarding passes. At 4 am or so, they get rebooted and now you can print bag passes. Same goes with the restaurants. Right now it is 4:20 am and they are closed, I am assuming they open at either 5 or 6 am. But the airport is comfortable, and going through the security was not too bad!

It’s pretty empty right now during the weekdays. It’s smaller with over 3 restaurants and 2 Starbucks and a Java Jacket. The restrooms are decent and the prices are pretty high, for example, a 1.05 qt bottle of water and a chocolate bar is $9 true story. Bring some food from somewhere else, but other than that all of the airport staff is friendly and very helpful.

First time flying out of this location. TSA was quick. A variety of parking options. We choose economy parking that has a shuttle that runs about every 5 minutes from the airport. They are decorated for Christmas. My child loved the moving walkways. It kept her entertained while waiting for the flight. We arrived 2 hours early for our flight. It took about 20 minutes to park, get on the shuttle, and get to the airport. About 20 minutes to check in. Security took about 15 minutes. When arriving, the economy parking shuttle is located outside of baggage claim across the street. Look for the sign that says economy.

Easy to maneuver from side to side. TSA is in the middle of the airport which makes it easier to get to. Bright, well lit. Lots of artsy displays around. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Lots of shops to kill time in while waiting. Several 🔌 outlets for charging.
