I like the airport for the location. It is super close to the main city (10-15 minute drive). They also have public transportation in the form of a rail car that goes from the airport all the way into downtown. This makes it extremely efficient and affordable to get from the airport. The airport in Salt Lake is really long with long walks between A and B gates. The massive windows gives great views of the mountains during the day though! I also appreciate how clean the airport is!

I was extremely impressed with the Salt Lake City International Airport. I had a 3 hour layover at the airport and I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness, layout and options at this airport. There was a phone/electronic charging port at literally every seat at the Delta gates. The food and shopping options were bountiful and convenient. The airport and gate information boards were very informative and well laid-out throughout the airport. This is a great airport for your travel needs.

The new SLC airport recently opened. Wow, what a tremendous space!  There is too much to mention here so allow me to note which features  most impressed me.  The space is large, open and quiet, yes quiet, great acoustics.  The retail establishments are a combination of local and national brands. Utah has been updating their alcohol rules for decades, yet I was pleased to see a full bar reflecting the morning sun when I changed planes here on March 17, 22.  The restaurants are plentiful and diverse. The clothing stores are high end.  There is a piano being played into the beautiful space at the beginning of the North concourse.   Power for devices is everywhere. The airport has set up a system using QR codes to text your order to each restaurant and pick it up when you exit your plane or if you want to avoid any limes.  There is more. Check out the kiosk and flyers around for more details.

Loved the airport. I arrived and departed through this airport during my visit to Salt Lake City. The airport was near, and clean. The washrooms were very clean and new. The security check was good, and went smoothly. My flight was in concourse A, however I walked to concourse B to see off my husband. There are multiple good food options in the airport. I hardly find this good food scene in the airports.

The airport is very modern looking. I liked how the bathroom was very clean. The TSA screening system at this airport is very efficient. The moving walkways made it a piece of cake to get to the gate. I also liked the big windows and art installation, they make the airport look welcoming. 5/5 good service 👍 Happy flying! ✈️

What a great regional airport. So clean. Check out the observation deck level 2. Excellent place to relax and plane Spot.

Great airport very clean and friendly staff. We flew in through the FBO and had a pleasant experience. 10/10 recommend

Very decent regional airport! Only a couple of gates available but very modern and neat. Baggage Claim is literally by the rental car desk so it’s very easy to get the cars after claiming the bags. When returning the rental car, gas station (Sinclair) is right there as you enter the airport so you can fill up before returning your rental. Since it’s pretty small, the TSA line Is very short too, and yes, there’s TSA Pre as well. They have some vending machines and some tables where you and your family can play games while waiting for your flight.

Great little regional airport. Easy drop off and pick up. Great staff as well. Only thing they need is one other airline here like Southwest. That would make it financially more feasible to fly out of here.

Best smaller regional airport anywhere. Clean and efficient. Really good about luggage. They need real food though! Rental car drop off and pick up is east.

They just opened this brand new terminal. Very well put together, the architecture is beautiful, the security is very easy fast and functional, and the facilities are very clean. I arrived late to my flight in fear I would miss it due to security and security was very fast and efficient. Not only that they were also very respectful and easy to work with. All of the vending machines have Apple Pay. The family lounge, a.k.a. the mothers lounge is very well put together and great for kids. The business lounge is quiet and secluded with very comfy seating with plenty of room. And all of the seats in general have chargers near them are comfortable and it is lit very well. Props to whoever designed this new terminal because it is absolutely stunning.

Two words: Big Upgrade. If you’ve ever flown out of the previous TAC Air Provo Airport this is nothing like it. With 4 terminals, tons of seating, tables, business lounge, family lounge, and more this new airport makes me look forward to flying out of Provo. The aesthetics inside the terminal are really nice with lots of work put into making things look nice all around. Huge horn spaces with plenty of space to relax before your flight. If you miss the funky vending machine at the old airport you are in luck, it has been moved into the south end of the new airport for some reason. FYI I’m not rating the airlines in this review, particularly Allegiant which is the main airline here and would probably be a solid 2/5.

The new Provo airport is nice. It is still quite small but there’s plenty of parking and the security line is fast. I recommend getting there a bit early for your flight in case there is a line. There aren’t good places to eat inside so bring snacks if you will be hungry.

WOW! Fantastic Airport! Layout of entire Airport is amazing. Parking is up close, terminal check-in is at the entrance with a large TSA staff and facility to process quick. The terminal gateway is open and very family-friendly with kids play room for noisy toddlers and diaper stations. Bathrooms brand new and other amenities to follow. Seriously, why drive all the way to SLC when you can relax at the NEW Provo Airport? 🙄

Brand new airport. It reminds me a bit of LGB airport. Charging in the waiting area. A family lounge w/ nursing room. Business lounge. Pet teller area at gate 4. Beautiful! Not a lot of good options for now. .Just vending machines.

Pilots and people at the airport are great, can’t say the same for the City Council, mayor or management. State level Lawsuit underway, hangar building owners against the city, city wanting to seize hangars without just compensation and legacy land lease rights and contract precedences. Initially federal court but now switched to state court. Should have significant results in court within 3-6 months.

Smooth experience, checked our bags quick and boarded quick. I accidentally left some lotion in my backpack and they put it in my checked bag for me.

Easy access from I-15. Came to meet a 737 commercial flight from Burbank, CA. Passsengers were on the terminal’s front steps outdoors awaiting the baggage train to roll by out front so they could grab their bags. This is a very small airport with loads of potential for those who’d like to avoid SLC’s half-mile walk to the gate. Think: early Provo Airport years ago.

I like small airports, usually less crowded, more relaxed. But in spite of the rating, it’s an airport and the seats are not overly comfortable. But parking is very close to the terminal doors, so less distance to wrestle the suitcases. While I don’t know for sure, it also appears (surprisingly) that non passengers can get close to the ramp gate to welcome the incoming passengers – but they can’t to see them off once the outbound passengers pass through TSA (no surprise there). Also, incoming passengers pick up their luggage in the parking lot outside the terminal near the parked cars. Again, little suitcase wrestling.

We love using this airport. Parking is cheap and convenient. Checking in is fast and simple. It isn’t crowded. Baggage claim is outside on the north side of the entrance. With cold weather I would wait inside the front doors until you see the tug pull up.

Probably the smallest airport I’ve ever been too but it does the job. The guy at the rental car place was so nice and got us all set up within minutes. Had a 3 stall women’s restroom with super cool mirrors. — after you go through security there’s only one restroom for women and one for men. Lots of seating but very close together.

One of the smallest and nicest airports I’ve been in. Nicely setup. I hope to visit Moab again and I’d have no problem utilizing the airport.

We scheduled a sunset flight over the Canyonlands National Park on 3/21 with Redtail Air Adventures…what an amazing experience!!! Our pilot, Tracy, asked what we wanted to focus on and then customized an aerial adventure that WOWED us in every way. He also shared his knowledge of the land, it’s history, and the town of Moab. I’d fly with Redtail again in a heartbeat. Thanks for making our trip unforgettable!

Small airport with no services, just vending. This is smaller than even Kathmandu. There’s Delta, Enterprise, another car rental, and RedTail Air that does flyover tours. That’s it, no coffee, no frills.

They need signs on the freeway! You have no idea where it is. It’s north of town. Wait for the freeway to go to single lanes and it’s not much further. Other than that. Nice and clean little airport. Friendly workers
