The airport is under renovation and the airport is looking good so far! There are a few changes to parking and inside the terminal but the signage is clear. Park on level P5 if you can and check out the outdoor swings, high quality pet area, kid’s play area in the elected parkland! So quiet and relaxing up there!

This is a small international Airport. As of May 2022 there is a lot of construction in the parking and pick up and drop of area. Once inside it’s very easy to navigate. Lots of food places , not a lot of chain fast food. They have a Tootsies in the airport! Would not be Nashville if you did not hear and see live music at the restaurants and just out in the concourse area. Security can get crazy , small area for large amounts of people. Recommend getting there up to 3 hours before flight. Bathrooms are very clean and a attendant at each .

Poor restaurant selection, very narrow space, limited seating, and odd rules regarding alcohol where they not only ID a 70 year old lady next to me and wouldn’t allow her to get two Margaritas at a time unless someone else is joining her and in which case they would have to ID her friend. She was able to finish her first drink and only then was she able to get another one for herself. Someone please explain to me why any of this was necessary?

Improvements still under construction but parking and access to baggage claim remains easy. From signs and displays, visitors will no doubt know they are in Music 🎶 City! 45 minutes in garage cost $20. Robbery. Would easily be five stars if price was reasonable.

I’ve been in and out a few times through Nashville Airport and I’ve had good experiences. Security didn’t take too long. Parking was fairly straightforward. We just dropped our 16 year old son off today to fly out on his own and it went well. The cell phone lot is not far from the terminal and if it’s not peak travel time, it’s not very congested with traffic around the terminal loop. I’ve heard it can be very backed up during peak times. Only issue I’ve had: cell phone lot doesn’t have a vending machine. I fell like it should have one.

One of the best, cleanest, brightest, most updated, pleasant feeling airports I have been to in a while. I felt like I was arriving in a minute Detroit at first. Way better feeling though. Restrooms everywhere. They were all clean as well. Great in and out experience here. Keep up the good work.

A nightmare for elderly or disabled travelers. Rental car pickup is impossibly far walk from terminal when moving sidewalks, elevators, and escalators are simultaneously out of service in 100 degree weather. Two stars for fans and shade over the non-moving sidewalks. Curbside check-in and baggage handling service is the best $3 we ever spent and the attendant gave 110%. Restrooms are very nice.

I was pleasantly surprised upon my late night arrival to the Memphis International Airport by the interior design, airiness, brightness, and artwork displayed throughout. I felt by the artwork displayed I was in for a treat during my short visit for what is to come. The airport was easy to maneuver through and it hosted several features of enhanced design I appreciated, like arm rests with charging integrated. Thank you for making my travels better MEM.

What used to be old, stained, smelly and dingy…. is now AMAZING! It has been remodeled and they have done a fabulous job! It has high ceilings with beautiful lighting now! The seating in the gate areas have wireless phone chargers built into them! They have art by local artists throught the terminal as well… Some of the best airport restaurants are in Memphis! They have great shopping too! They kept the stately front ticketing area, and re-built the gate areas. Memphis has out-done itself with this re-fresh!

I’ve been to this airport multiple times and it’s ok. It isn’t as big and fancy as some of your other international airports but it gets the job done. I think it is more catered toward FedEx and it’s hub than actual passenger transportation. They are serviced by several major airlines and it is usually not too busy although during my visit this morning it was extremely crowded and the lines were extremely long. There’s plenty of different types of parking from short-term that is free for the first 30 minutes to long-term for people that will be gone on extended stays elsewhere. There are a few restaurants in the lobby before security checks and where the check-in stations are for the airlines and there are a few other ones past security as well. They got rid of the Starbucks that’s in the presecurity area so I’m not sure if there is one after security. Recently completed a remodel but I’m not sure how it looks on the post security side. Overall not a bad airport and it will get you where you need to go.

Cute little airport. Has a Starbucks. Quick tsa. Stricter than others though. A lot more laid back than Nashville for sure.

Unfortunately this airport has not adapted in the decades I’ve been coming here. Their pickup and drop off are the same mess of cars standing still. The inside is still small with the lines for both normal and TSA pre-check customers stretching well past the security lines. Past security, it’s a mess of people. So many people and not enough seating. The entire walkway is packed with people standing around for flights. Food selection is terrible. Just a few fast food options and a chain sit-down restaurant. And unfortunately no lounges at all. Would be nice to at least get something compatible with Priority Pass to help alleviate the mass of people.

I spent more time in this airport than I expected, and can say it is not a bad airport to be stuck in. The staff was kind and helpful. Getting through security was fast and easy. Perhaps my favorite thing was the large screen showing a looped video about things to do and places to stay in Tennessee. Such a beautiful state that I would love to explore more. They also had fun decorations up, I am sure the Christmas tree is not there all the time, but I hope the bear statues and pretend stream are!

Very nice airport. Not so huge you can get lost in. Easy to get checked in, and to the gates. Enough food venues, shops and seats in the waiting areas. Rental car agencies are conveniently located across the street in the parking garage.

What a nice little airport, I love it. Not that busy, and not that packed during operations. Went through TSA in about 2 minutes. I think the only thing this airport lacks are two things, one is food options and the second are flights. Food is scarce. You either have Ruby Tuesday’s, Cinnabon or Starbucks. Sadly no Wendy’s, Chick Fil A, etc. Flights are also scarce. You only get 1 or 2 weekly flights to Fort Lauderdale or West Palm Beach and that about it. Everything else needs a connection flight and those are forced through Delta from Knox, to Atlanta then to PBI and that price gouge is about $300 – 400 a ticket. Sometimes in the $500 – 1,000 range. Why not partner with Spirit to offer another flight option? If you love aircraft, the Cirrus Vision Jet operates out of here, so they do a lot of training and test flights out of here. Airport needs some more love in both the food and flight department.

The airport for the most part was awesome, inside was clean and comfortable, the staff was pleasant. The only negative was noticed as I waited outside for pickup. I noticed that all of the outdoor trash cans were leaking and staining the front entry area. The smell was not very inviting and it is a shame. Keeping the community’s investment clean and maintained is important.

Can’t go with family to take off terminal but there is a restaurant and seating up stairs to visit right outside. It was quick and easy, not to crowded. It cost about 4$ to park and we stayed for about an hour before my husband took off. Beautiful, clean, friendly!

I don’t normally write reviews for airports, but I do feel like Chattanooga Airport doesn’t get enough kudos. This is one of the easiest airports to get in and out of. The newly added parking garage allowed the rental companies to store more vehicles and have allow for convenient access. If you’re national you no longer have to go to the desk and can instead walk to the garage. You still need to talk to someone as there isn’t an exit barrier, but the process is much easier! The expanded parking structure allows for a much higher capacity. This expanded lot makes parking a breeze, compared to the original two smaller single level lots. Chattanooga is clearly planning for a bright future and is making sure they are ready before the wave hits. Typically baggage gets from the plane to the belt within fifteen minutes, which is incredibly fast. It seems longer because the airport is small and easy to navigate. I tend to grab my rental and by the time I am done my bag is on the belt waiting. The check in and baggage drop offs are never too busy allowing you to quickly drop off luggage and get going to your plane. Everyone is always friendly even the TSA! With the new baggage 3D imaging machine the precheck process is even easier! Honestly this is a great little local airport and has a few nice direct options to key hubs! For what this airport is it’s one of the nicest small airports I’ve had the pleasure of flying out of.

Small airport with everything in one level including car rental, departure and arrival. It’s very convenient and close to downtown. They had one coffee shop/food counter near gate 4 but the service was terribly slow. Go there early before boarding or your plane will leave before your latte is ready!

4 or 5 gates? The easiest airport I’ve been too in my travels. TSA, you’ll be the only one in line. There is a restaurant, but nothing else. You really don’t need to arrive so early at this airport. You’ll be to your gate in 10 minutes from drop off (or less).

Regional airport with 7 gates. Most commercial flights are AA & Delta. Ground staff is always very helpful. Airport has a small cafe with large assortment of snacks and typical airport quick food, modern bathrooms, several rental car companies on site and plenty of seating. Security is usually quick and professional. Baggage can take about 20-30 min.

This airport is set up beautifully for those picking up and dropping off travelers. There are large windows at the seating area to watch planes come in, and there is an awesome outdoor observation deck on the second floor. Staff is very friendly as well; while we waited for a plane to come in, there were lots of kids getting antsy, and an employee came by with a toy plane for each kid. It was a thoughtful, helpful gesture that’s indicative of the general attitude at Tri-Cities. Parking rates are also reasonable at $1 for half an hour for short term.

Easy airport and clean facility. However, if you’re TSA pre-check, you’ll have to wait for the officer to review all the luggage before he/she lets you walk through the metal detector since the duty is performed by the same person. There is a sundry shop, smoothie cafe and restroom inside the small terminal. Some of the seats feature charging ports.

A truly wonderful experience. TSA was efficient. Parking was only $9 a day. The bathrooms had super modern sinks with soap, water, and a UV dryer. There were lots of outlets for charging in the waiting areas. My bags made it to baggage claim before I did. A great option.

Such a cute airport, it has only 7 gates. It super easy to navigate thru the airport. There are also several Rent-A-Car desks, so you will have an option to rent a car on site if you are wisting Tri-City area.
