It’s one of the worst airports I have ever seen. I was travelling back to Canada through this airport, which was an awful experience. First, there was an extensive lineup for security because there was a small passage through which people lined up. There were only three machines for the security. After completing the security, when I reached the gate area, it was a complete mess. There was no space to sit and not a good restaurant to eat at. The gates are used both for arrival and departure, which was so confusing. I am not going to travel through this airport again.

My review is for Terminal C. A very busy airport, but improvements have been made to make the airport experience more comfortable. There are two large Duty Free stores, but not many smaller shops. Plenty of eateries and bars can be found.

It is one of the best airports in US as well as in the world. Everything is automated and clearly written. Support staff is present to help and guide. It is a neat and clean airport. Passengers and family members ( who came to drop the passengers) are allowed to go till the security point to say final bye before the flight. Security staff are strictly doing the work and don’t allow any irregularities. Lot of duty free shops are present. Lot of continental restaurant are also present. Leading coffee chains also have their shop. Luggage cart was not free it was charged $6 per cart. Everything else was good in the multiple visits I had at EWR. It has lot of accessibility for wheelchairs.

We came through this airport while visiting relatives living in New Jersey. And took Porter Airlines for our onward journey to Ottawa. We liked the airport and had no trouble in both cases – arriving and departing. While coming, we had to wait a bit for our luggage, about 45 minutes, but we didn’t lose our luggage and didn’t mind the wait after hearing about the problems in other airports. Coming back to Canada, Porter was well organized in Terminal B. Dropping of luggage was a breeze. So was going through the security. Not crowded and the agents were friendly and helpful. The airport is old but that didn’t bother us. If you encounter problem with connection and need to stay overnight, there are hotels in the near by communities. Hotels in Edison are about half hour drive from the airport.

A very outdated and cramped airport. Seems like a massive missed opportunity not to have a famous chain like Shake Shack here. I’m in Terminal A, which is where it seems the Canadian flights are. The staff all seemed nice and professional but the security area is super small with a narrow corridor to line up in. There is no Duty Free or other shops. The food options are almost non existent. There’s an Earl Of Sandwiches which has a 2.4 Google rating (I didn’t actually have a bad experience here) and a coffee shop that has a 1.4 Google rating.

We live in St Augustine & this is our go to airport as well as where we recommend family and friends fly in to. Very easily accessed by car with ample short and long term pkg ($12/day) many handicap parking spaces & all on 1 level. No elevator needed.

Very clean and very comfortable small airport for budget flights. There is a good parking for cars. And I think that’s all I can say about this airport. We flew to Fort Lauderdale. If your flight is at midnight, I recommend you to take something to eat, if you want to stay there more than for several hours. Because you can’t buy anything after 17:30. But there are vending machines to buy drinks and snacks. It is difficult to get to the airport by public transportations after 17:30. I tried to walk from my hotel to the airport, because I had much time after checking out, and my hotel was in 3 miles far from the ACY, that’s why I decided to go, but there were no sidewalks, and for the man it was very dangerous and uncomfortable to do that. I’d like to ask the Government of Atlantic City (New Jersey) to pay attention at this problem. I liked this city very much, very clean and quiet town. A lot of trees, forests, lakes and the Atlantic Ocean. It is ust two hours far from New York. Khumoyun Akhmadjonov

Great little airport serving south NJ. Easy in and easy out. This is not much on the airport fault, but I do wish they had other airlines than spirit who fly out of here. I don’t love to fly spirit. I also wish they had some form of public transportation from the airport to Atlantic City which currently lacks. That the airport can do if they would like to.

We had a great experience flying Frontier in and out of this little airport. Truly no frills, but we found it to be sufficient. Don’t show up too early for the first flight because they close and don’t open until 2 hours before departure. Once they opened they were efficient moving through the line to get checked in and bags checked. Security was easy, and there are plenty of seats to wait for the 2 gates. But outlets are a little scarce if you didn’t plan well ahead. They do have a small convenience store/bar for the basics. Both flights were had were right on time and it’s only $8/day to park which felt nice.

Such a nice, small airport. There is only a very short wait for the TSA and they are pretty nice to the customers. Everything is clean and there are a lot of seats to wait for the plane. There is a little place to buy snacks and drinks as well. It only has Frontier airlines so make sure to check their website to get a flight that uses this airport.

100% awful. Avoid at all costs. One flight delay and the whole operation goes out of control. There are only 2 gates so it only takes one plane worth of people in the “terminal” before they shut down the whole TSA section forcing people to remain on the pre-security side. Frontier check-in counter staff was unprofessional – 4 people but all decided to ignore us to have a personal conversation. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Can’t believe how convenient is to drop pick passengers here . Small airport but very convenient . Daily parkling rate 8$ only . Mostly frontier airways . I’m other airports , checkin and security takes 1 hour .. here it takes 5-10 mins 😀 easy checkout .. easy baggage claims . No restaurants though . Not much to eat . Overall liked this airport . Frontier is also cheap .. Atlanta tickets for 19$ 😄

Don’t fly Frontier! Don’t do it! They will cancel or delay your flight without warning, leaving you stranded. If you ask nicely they’ll offer to put you on a flight out in two or three days. And no, they won’t pay for the hotel. If you do decide to fly Frontier, make sure it’s a trip where you wouldn’t mind spending an unplanned extra day at either end. This oncludes connections – Frontier doesn’t care one bit if their delays make you miss a connection. The custodians work hard to make the place functional and even add some tasteful decor, and I really wanted to five this place 5 stars for their sake. Unfortunately, TTN is only served by Frontier. Trying to make a good airport out of a place served only by Frontier is like trying to make a basketball star out of a quadriplegic. It simply isn’t possible. also the bathrooms are rather small

A great alternate for small to midsized aircraft near New York City. The conspicuous lack of enormous gates and yawning multi mile walkways make this a refreshing change. Friendly service.

I love watching those plane taking in and out the airport while I am waiting my bus going to NYC. Mostly they are private planes. This airport its really clean and organize. Maybe someday I will be owning one.

LEAD fuel used at this airport. spent fuel emits lead that is breathed in and settles on the ground, especially insidious to the surrounding 1 mile raidus for take off and landing. If children and play areas around here to be guaranteed to have lead. Costco and Wal-Mart right there. Get your Daily dose of lead

Nice big airport with a control tower. Only problem is it’s becoming less and less general aviation friendly. If you have to drop a friend off or pick up a friend the Fbos kill you with ramp fees
