Huge airport, mostly beautiful. There is a surface metro connecting the terminals. There were many negatives in my experience of using this airport. I have flown twice through this airport and both times through American Airlines. On one flight, the flight was canceled due to weather conditions, despite the fact that we spent 3 hours on the plane on the runway, after which it was returned to the airport. And all the other planes didn’t take off either. The airport staff told everyone to queue up for ticket refunds or ticket exchanges. I stood in line for 3 hours, after which I could not stand it, because the line had no end. I had to spend the night at the airport. There were only 2 small lounges in the entire airport, they were all occupied and the cost of 1 night there was $200!! I had to somehow sleep on hard chairs. Some passengers slept on the cold floor. In the morning I stood for another 3 hours in line at the customer service, where they told me that the money for the ticket would not be returned and the ticket would not be exchanged, because the company is not responsible for weather conditions. I had to buy a new ticket with my money. And the new flight was delayed for half an hour. And when I came to my boarding gate, it turned out that the boarding was suddenly transferred to another terminal and I had to run to it.

DFW airport is like a whole city in itself. This is a great airport for a long layover. Unfortunately, we only had about 20 minutes to get to our connecting flight. We had to use the tram train. Be sure to hold onto something or someone while on the tram or you may lose your footing. I’ve been through this airport many times and it’s always clean and pretty well organized. The food choices are good too. Plenty of places to kill time here at DFW.

Like a city in a city. The air cargo and logistics are staggering. Wonderful train system to get around quite easily for the Texas-style layout. Took the train straight from downtown, not taken for granted. There’s always a few under-trained jerks in TSA, but the customs control here is spectacular. Professional, well-staffed, and efficient. I always feel comfortable flying in and out of the country through this place.

I’ve traveled through DFW plenty of times and this particular time I went through TSA at a new check point. Honey let me tell you the restrooms are so squeaky clean had no problem and was excited to take care of my business in the stalls. Before you enter you are aware on how many stalls are available. The sinks to wash hands were amazing. Each sink station had their very own personal soap dispenser and dryer for hands. While you wait in the waiting area there was a QR code to scan to order food or drinks. It would be put in a bin for pick up or you have the option of it being delivered, which was pretty cool. Covid testing available on site. Parking was really cute on how each floor was named after a flower. I totally recommend paying for parking online you save a tremendous amount of money. It was super easy to register online all you have to do is enter your plate number when you would be arriving and departing.

So far I have only been there once to pick up my girlfriend and the terminals are pretty nice but not much to do if you are waiting for someone. A coffee shop would be nice! The shuttle services are decent and let’s you travel between terminals for free via bus.

I enjoyed this airport, it’s top tier airport experience. First it beautiful. As you are walking through you feel as though you’ve happened upon – one after the other high class exhibits or museums, which I appreciate. It speaks of how they understand the large amount of time people spend in the airport but they are making it a quality and enriching experience. Excellent and even occasional legit healthy food choices as well. These are great cuisine restaurants you would have visited even if you weren’t in the airport. Great job Houston!

One of my favorite airports to fly out of. Although there is a lot of construction the detours are easy to follow. The cell phone lot is very accommodating should you need a few moments prior to pickups/drop offs. Parking garages are very well kept. The inside is usually immaculate. Can’t wait for my next trip ☺️

George Bush International Airport is a large airport. Probably one of the biggest airports if not the biggest. With different terminals A,B,C,D,E. You can easily get confused or lost finding which terminal you depart from. Other than that, air was nice. Hallways were clean, can’t take for granted the hard work the cleaning people put in. If not, there would be trash all over the airport.

Super nice airport with plenty choices to eat from. Easy to get around by walking or tram between terminals. I would make sure to plan accordingly depending on layover time if you have a connecting flight it does take some time between terminals.

Nice airport with plenty of dining options. Easy to navigate with the tram or walk between terminals. Plan accordingly depending on layover time to connecting flight as it does take some time between terminals depending on whether you’re walking or riding the tram.

This is a review based solely on connecting flights here at the airport. I don’t have any comments on the actual security or check in process coming into the airport. The inside of the airport is fantastic. It’s modern, has warm colors, and the giant floor-to-ceiling windows lining both sides throughout the entire airport. The amenities are really nice as well inside the airport. Lots of good restaurants, plenty of seating, and clean restrooms are scattered throughout. The lounges are also nice and luxurious on the second level of the airport, allowing for a quiet experience with a nice view.

Very spacious airport with low crowd. Security took 30 mins because the checkpoints would go through Everything in the bag, but outside of that, no complaints. Lots of taco dishes to choose from. The rental car area is conveniently across the street from the airport. Staff is nice and friendly. The airport is about 15 – 20 minutes from everything.

Going to an airport is like preparing for a marathon. You need to be well prepared. . Traveling through Austin Bergstrom makes the hassle of the marathon smooth and comfortable. . Located throughout the airport gate section are plenty of restaurants, snack bars, vending machines, and chargers. All of which are perfect for the modern traveler. . I personally liked the level of art, culture, and design that has been placed across the airport. . Safe travels Y’all!

This is actually a really nice airport. It feels so open and clean. Signage is very good, the staff members are friendly and helpful. The food options are great. The walk from one gate to another is pleasant. I also enjoyed the view from the balcony near the Delta lounge. Definitely a relaxing place to spend some time waiting for your flight.

I’ve been in this airport 6 times now and this is the most stress-free, uncomplicated airport I’ve ever been in. It’s very hard to get lost in this airport. The layout is really simple and straightforward. There’s lots of great shops, places to eat, great coffee. Bathrooms are always clean. Everyone is so nice and helpful and accommodating. There are lots of hotels shuttles outside the airport that will take you to and from the airport and your hotel. Finding the rental car place is really easy. Overall, the most stress free airport I’ve been in. Can’t wait to fly in Austin again!

Bathrooms tend to be full with long waiting lines. Tried three different locations! Fairly clean. Directions are not always clear.

Great experience flying in and out of Dallas Love Field. The gate agents at Southwest have been amazing. They worked with me to get me onto an earlier flight because mine was delayed by a half an hour. They were able to get me on an earlier flight at mo charge. This was such a great experience. Thank you to Southwest airlines!! The airport itself is easy to navigate spaceship and clean. The TSA agents at 3 check we’re friendly and polite and got everyone through the line so quickly it was amazing. I definitely prefer Dallas Love Field to DFW Airport.

Excellent airport for easy parking, easy access with one main entrance, one main exit for arrivals, one large baggage claim area, and generally small crowds. Saturday evening was like a ghost town, picking up our daughter flying in from Florida.

Beautiful, clean, well designed airport. Crowded, for sure. There are plenty of excellent choices to eat inside the terminal. Plenty of coffee selections, too. Friendly service. TSA Pre✔️ is worth every penny. Highly recommend paying for it if you travel a lot. Parking lot seems to always be FULL. Arrive early to find a spot.

Nice. Clean. Easy to navigate around. Lots of choices for food, refreshments, shopping. There is an animal relief room for those traveling with pets. They have great signage to make your travel fun and clear.

It absolutely lacks customer service!! It’s much better than Bush international Airport but I encountered multiple unprofessional and rude employees. We understand they deal with a lot of people, but that is their job. You would expect professionalism and courtesy, but all I saw was employees acting careless, talking about their personal lives loudly, screaming at people, yelling for lunch and a break, saying they didn’t care if their managers didn’t, and were treating us like cattle. I was quite disappointed at this airport, however, people have no other choice but to go through the mistreatment to be able to make it to their destination.

It’s a decent hotel for what it is. It is mostly a Southwest hub, and it can be nice to fly in and out of here if you are going to be in more of the southern part of Houston. The airport is a little confusing a navigate especially for the rideshare areas. I do wish the hotel had more like lounge areas (even if affiliated with Priority Pass).

Nice airport with paid parking and easy to get to. About 24 minutes from downtown Houston. Has shops and mini food vendors to choose from. (Airport prices of course) For gamers, there is a game play by gate 1. If you are Priority Pass, you can use your pass for 1 hour of gaming and also 1 drink and snack for free. ENJOY!

Hobby airport improved quite a bit a few years ago but it’s not up to the mark anymore. It looks a little dates, last time I visited a lot of kiosks we’re out of order, even at 3a, there were a lot of people and long lines (granted it was end of new year’s holidays) – the airport just looks small for the number of people here. I liked the fact that the (long) security line clearly showed how much time it was taking to get to the security point, and it was updating in real time.

William P. Hobby Airport Houston is usually considered as a small airport, but big don’t see it that way. Yea, it might be smaller than the usual international airports we are used to, but I think this a very decent and nice airport. I flew southwest at the airport, and the services were very ok. They had enough self-service points that one didn’t have to wait long to use one. The airport is well equipped with all the facilities required. The security points were on point as well, they did their jobs so well and swiftly. They have an underground parking lot, and they also allow pick-up amd drop-off points where you can drop-off your passenger and pick-up quickly. One thing though, even though this might not be particularly related to the Willam P. Hobby Airport, the traffic to get there is alot, so you need to bear that in mind, so you don’t miss you flight. I think I got a bit lucky because the flight was delayed a bit. Oh! I forgot to mention that they have kiddies playing ground. It’s so cool, when you have kids and I have to wait for a long flight, rather than the kids been cranky, they could just play and while away time. I think is has to be one of the coolest things to find in an airport. In general, William P. Hobby Airport is a good alternative of airports for people to try. Yea, it might not be the big ones we are used, but I believe they are as good as the others. So, give William P. Hobby Airport a try today. 🙂
