Beautiful and easy to get in and out of. A few more destinations and maybe some horizontal walking escalators would make this place perfect. Parking is small and the drop lanes can get busy. I think the food options here are great and the rental car services are in the airport so no need to shuttle. All in all a great airport and a easy place to maneuver.

Very easy airport to navigate and to fly in and out of. Security lines are reasonable and move quickly and they have some of the friendliest TSA workers I’ve ever dealt with. The airport is very clean and has easy access just outside the terminal to get a rental vehicle. Enjoyable experience!

Trash airport. No charging ports anywhere near seating. All food options close early. Staff very rude when asked for instructions. Allison with American airlines was one of the worst customer service reps I’ve ever dealt with. I was literally told to go away and call American after I showed her proof that she was lying to over 100 people at the gate. When I asked to speak with her superior she said “I’m the supervisor, you don’t need to know who my boss is.” Please feel free to contact me for more details. Your staff clearly isn’t going to offer any customer service. After stranding us for 5 hours, into the early morning, a different AA person (who was actually pleasant) made an announcement and finally admitted that they were having staffing issues (first a flight attendant then the co pilot didn’t show up) and that they would be giving out hotel and meal vouchers (at 1am!!). I ended up getting a rental car and driving to SLC and didn’t arrive until after 5am and I wasn’t alone, by my count there were at least 8 people in line behind me (thanks Hertz!). One guy even said he wished he listened to me when I called out Allison earlier. If you had just been honest with me I could have been home at a decent time in the evening.

Great small airport. Security is a breeze that takes about 10 minutes. This is one of those airports that you can literally show up 30 minutes before your flight, print your ticket and run through security. Showing up 2 hours early for your flight is a minimum for a lot of airports, not Boise. In fact, don’t waste your time showing up too early, as you will just end up waiting around. There are a few restaurants to choose from but not much. Cross Grain is a great option if you want to have a cocktail or a bite to eat before your flight. There’s a ‘Hudson News’-type store where you can get magazines, books, snacks, drinks, etc.. Nothing else significant to report. (Photo taken from gate B11).

Boise Airport is very nice. It is easy to navigate. It is very clean and not cluttered. It was not busy on a Tuesday afternoon and there was not line at security.

I was pretty nervous about flying on my own for the first time, but this airport was small and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They answered my questions. The check in and boarding was hassle free.

This is my favorite place to fly into and out of. The airline tickets are competitive and affordable. The vehicle long term parking is $7 day. It is a small airport and thus check in is quick and security check is quick. I’ve flown out of here multiple times and I’ve never had a bad experience.

This is a pretty barebones airport. Really small, and the inside has a lot of construction. They don’t even have airport seating here! It’s just folding chairs…

A decent small airport with friendly staff and well maintained facilities. Currently being renovated so things are a little mixed up, but things are well signposted. Security is nice to go through, and thorough, seats are moderately comfortable and it’s well lit. There are some sockets to charge devices. Snacks are somewhat pricey, but hey, if you’re hungry you’re hungry I guess. Overall a good airport.

Direct flights are convenient, but baggage handling my is a joke. Every time I’m here, it take almost an hour to get luggage. How does every other airport find a way to u load luggage in 30 mins or less?

Nice little airport with daily commercial flights to salt lake city via Skywest/Delta and hopefully soon to Denver via Skywest/United. TSA agents have been very nice and in good spirits as well as the skywest delta crew. Love the free parking too! Decent selection of vending machines and electrical outlets in and out of security. Very nice restrooms Easy convenient bag claim Wifi is generally decent but could be improved Covid rules are followed well 5 stars all around LOVE the wall mural! Totally worth checking out! 2022 09 16 = awesome sauce tsa crew and skywest delta team, excellent service and attitude!

Just got checked threw there tsa worst experience ever there scanner alerted to my boxers so for the next few minutes I had a old fat guy grabbing my junk for nothing then they pull my carry on for a search because I brought my work boots sorry I am a working man who just wants to get to work with out getting my junk fondled by another dude it’s wrong and for what have they really made us safer

Very small but organized and well run. Boarded a small older plane with a scary bumpy ride. Signage outside doesn’t make it very clear where check ins are vs the restaurant. It’s such a small building. More indicators about check in and ticketing outside the building would be great.

The employees are friendly and professional and usually keep things moving well. It is a smaller airport so not as many flights as they once had. One perk is you won’t get lost finding your gate.

Great little airport! The staff is friendly. They really do their jobs though, so don’t be surprised if you have a bag searched. I have never had my luggage lost here, although that would almost be impressive with how small it is. There are three times during the day that planes arrive and depart. So it is really quiet at the airport. An hour before your flight is almost too much time. There is free parking, even long term parking.

Nice clean airport. Not to overly crowded that made getting through security and everything you need to take care of a breeze. Will definitely choose for a flight or rental.

We miss you Pocatello Regional Airport. We are now traveling to Idaho Falls to fly out and the service is not the same, cold and distant. Please get more flights.
✭✭✭✭✭ By Johnny Let (3 months ago)
The airport is the most stress free airport I’ve ever been to. If you get there an hour early you still have more than enough time. The people are very kind and helpful. The first time I checked my bag in I had to ring the bell for service! I felt like I went back 50 years in time!

Great town, friendly people, good food. Staying at Holiday Inn and being well taken care of by their Staff. Excellent restaurant. Sampled a number of beers at The Riverport Brewing Company in Clarkston. A wide variety of micro beers and a friendly staff. R.B.L.

Awful TSA with an ego problem. Old white haired man needs to have some training on TSA policy as well
