Great airport. It is among the busiest airport in the world, but it is well designed so it doesn’t look too crowded. The staff at the airport, from the CBP immigration staff to the baggage handlers to the disability assistance staffs, are very friendly, professional, and courteous. They have one of the best airport staffs in the United States. The airport has a lot of restaurant options, located not centrally and distributed well to its many gates, so no matter which gates you are taking off from, you are just a short walk to a restaurant or any kind of food. They have many drinking fountain to fill your bottles. The toilet is quite clean. Excellent airport, a great gateway to the United States of America.

Wow what a great airport. The atmosphere is very chill. The play jazz music when your walking around. Subways here are nice. The security guards and staff here are kind and helpful. People here are just in a much better mood then compared to the other airports. They have artwork here for people to tour in. 5/5 great airport

This is by far my favorite airport (ok I’m biased). Sometimes security can be backed up but what can you expect from the busiest airport in the world. In general I find this airport to be very efficient. Since it’s Delta’s main hub, you can get almost anywhere in the US nonstop. There are also tons of dining options while you wait. And don’t forget to check out the art exhibits between concourses.

This airport is a beast to tackle. It’s so busy with thousands of people moving that it can feel overwhelming. The subways they have below that transfer you between terminals are quick and effective. The airport is pretty old overall and could use more renovation to bring it up to standard with most other domestic airports in the US.

Very crowded airport. We were just here for less than an hour for a layover but I thought it was a very nice airport. The bathrooms even had fancy mist air fresheners. They had plenty of places to grab something to eat but all the lines for even the littlest shops were long. This airport seemed cleaner than others.

Super nice airport, very clean and they get you through the check area very fast. Sometimes a bit too fast, but hey, that’s airports for you. There are only 10 gates, it’s a super small airport which I like. They also have a nice selection of food there you can have while you wait for your flight such as burger king, Starbucks, and others. The people there are also nice.

Great local airport, easy parking in parking garage, also have a cell phone lot for pickups. Inside in nice seating, rocking chairs, glass top tables and chairs, and long bench seating. Good selection of food and drinks while waiting for arrivals, Starbucks, beer garden, leopards ice cream.

Clean, bright, airy, open, updated airport. Despite the fairly small size of this airport, it never felt congested. Getting through security was very quick (less than 10 minutes) on a Saturday afternoon. There are 15 gates all located in one concourse. It took me less than 5 minutes to walk from TSA to the last gate. Returning the rental car was very simple and stress free due to the simplicity and good signage of this airport. My only con to this airport is the lack of food choices. It has a Burger King, PGA restaurant, and the famous Leopold’s Ice cream as of September 2021. I would not hesitate to use this airport again due to its convenience!

Nice mid sized airport, quick and easy to navigate. The airport is convenient to Hilton Head, Savannah and Palmetto Bluff. They have Starbucks coffee, a PGA grill and Leopold’s ice cream. The airport is nice and clean, with sufficient upkeep.

Our flight was delayed 2 hours so we arrived past 8:30pm when security was closed and we were not allowed through to get onto our flight which then left without us. The Wi-Fi is painfully slow. Definitely not the best airport in America.

Night visit for night pickup of relative, 10:30 pm. Parking lot pretty full! – even in the pay-for hourly lot, which you must use unless you’re doing a fly-thru curbside pickup. Since I had to wait awhile I took a walk around. No real food court, just 2 vending machines. Maybe during the day they have a few carts set up. I don’t know. Clean – nobody there that time of night except 1 or 2 rental car employees, security, 1 or 2 flight agents (if that msny), a couple janitorial staff, and ( behind the scenes), baggage handlers. All are very helpful & helped my visitor get her bags, which due to airline snafus, had arrived 6 hours earlier and were stored in the back. Due to the lack of flight counter personnel, it took a little while to find some help, but once we did everything was quickly resolved, Getting out of the parking lot can be a bit tricky, but here’s your clue: follow the exit signs & when you reach the gate with the crossbar drop arm that says “EXIT” remember you have to get *really* close to the gate before it will open- so go ahead and put the nose of your vehicle up close to the gate. Then it will open. (I drove past 3 times in an endless circle before I said “Muck it!” And gave it a try. Not that intuitive since there isn’t any guard hut – that’s further down the road. The parking pay hut takes cash. It cost me $3 for about an hour or so. Bear right to get to Hwy 56 – and happy flying! Post note: Dropped off my visitor a week later at 2:30pm – it was not crowded, the parking lot wasn’t quite as full as before, and because I knew the trick about the parking lot exit (see above) I had no trouble getting out. I guess because it was a short visit (less than 1 hour) there was NO charge for the short time I was parked. I did recheck the “food court ” to see if there were any food carts, but all there were was the 2 lonely vending machines. So IF you arrive hungry . . . Good luck. It’s a bit of a drive to the nearest fast food outlet. Otherwise, it’s just candy & chips for you if you’re stuck there at the airport Hope you brought snacks! X-D

Augusta Regional Airport is a very cozy airport. Love their TSA staff – efficient and friendly!! Flew into this airport via AA to see the Augusta National Masters Tournament, and leaving via Delta.

Hands down one of the best smaller airports I’ve ever traveled through. Can’t wait to see their expansion and additional services. **Note: Don’t fly in between 11-4pm on Sunday and expect a rental car. People always bring them back late from the previous days. Fly in on a redeye flight.

Friday evening about 7pm. There is one cafe at the gate area, but closed. There is a drink machine in the gate area, only takes cash. OMG, where am I ?. The TSA officers were good, though.

First time flying with Southwest and from Columbus to Vegas. It was a nice and smooth flight. It was a night flight with many kind employees all around. I would definitely recommend this airport and Southwest. We had so much fun singing and getting others around us to do the same. I have to say that a lot of your enjoyment on a flight is how YOU handle it and the company you have along for the ride.

Solution: Do not fly in/out of CSG, particularly at night. Just make the ATL drive. I travel a lot, but have never been as unsupported as at CSG at night – lack of car rental participation, and CSG doesn’t stay open while patrons wait for a ride (after hours). Failed Airport leadership: Enterprise leaves at 6pm, regardless if there are later flights with mixmatched reservations. I’ve seen too many small airports ensure their tenant companies be present to assist patrons in their business, especially near the United States’s largest military base. Waited outside: Although there was no rental cars available in the building, and no immediate taxi/UBER, I was not allowed to wait in the terminal while I found a ride after 11pm, due to the airport closing. The staff was very nice, but they are not the rule makers.

Horrible…. old white lady working TSA had a horrible attitude. She needs to go ahead and retire. Was checking peoples dreads… and I’m white and found that werid. Disgusting behavior all together. Also the guy doing the full body scan might have a foot fetish. Get a whole new TSA team…. and more sitting area while we wait on baggage claim since it’s probably going to take forever and most likely only one belt is working. I wish I could give no stars.

Today I missed my flight with no real help. Let me explain why I missed my flight. There was no announcement. Columbus Airport is only so big so there is no way I would not hear an announcement. I had been sitting in the area the lady who checked me in told me to sit. So I go to the gate to find out when will my flight board I’m told, oh your flight has left. What? I’m so confused. So I proceeded to find someone to help me. I see no one really except someone’s in training. He go gets his manager Connie. Connie was no help she tells me I needed to pay attention and that it was announced. Shortly Connie is clocking out. I suppose she was ready to go home. I’m stuck in Columbus when I should be on my way back to school in Colorado. This treatment is unacceptable to any paying customer.

We have been visiting since my boys were babies. There is a restaurant and a beautiful playground where children can watch the planes land and take off. Anytime we get lucky and meet a pilot there, they talk with my sons and answer their rapid fire questions.
